At Adventuria Palm Valley, operated by Adventuria Thrill India Pvt. Ltd., we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of both guests and operational commitments. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

General Terms:

  • All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests must be made through the same channel used for booking (Website, OTA, Travel Agent, Walk-in, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method or platform used.
  • The policy applies to all types of bookings—rooms, packages, activities, and special events.

Cancellation by Guest:

A. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund for cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date.
  • 50% Refund for cancellations made 7 to 14 days before check-in.
  • No Refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

B. Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or less before check-in are fully chargeable.
  • This includes same-day cancellations and “change of plan” scenarios.

C. Peak Season / Special Dates Policy

  • During holidays, festivals, long weekends, or high-demand seasons:
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date.
  • Peak season dates will be updated periodically on the website.

No-Show Policy:

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

The room may be released for other guests after the missed stay.

Early Check-Out Policy:

  • If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the booked duration, the remaining nights will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations (medical emergencies, safety issues, etc.) at the sole discretion of the management.

Modification / Rescheduling Policy:

We allow date changes based on the following conditions:

A. Standard Bookings

  • 1 reschedule allowed free of charge if requested 7+ days before check-in.
  • Price differences due to seasonal rates or room availability must be paid by the guest.

B. Rescheduling Within 7 Days

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of check-in will incur a 25% rebooking fee, subject to room availability.

C. Peak Season Modifications

  • Modifications are not permitted during peak season once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation by Company:

In rare circumstances where Adventuria Palm Valley must cancel a booking due to:

  • Operational issues
  • Maintenance emergencies
  • Weather-related safety concerns
  • Government regulations
  • Overbooking or technical errors

The guest will receive:

  • 100% refund of the booking amount
    OR
  • An option for free rescheduling to any available future date (subject to availability)

The company will not be liable for additional expenses incurred by the guest.

Refund Processing Guidelines:

A. Refund Initiation

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once approved by management.

B. Refund Timelines

  • UPI/Wallet Payments: 2–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 3–7 business days
  • OTA Bookings: As per the respective platform’s policy

C. Transaction Charges

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes may be deducted as per actuals.

Group Booking & Event Policy:

For group stays, weddings, corporate events, or bulk bookings:

  • A separate contract or policy may apply.
  • Advance payments for group events are typically non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 30–45 days of the event may result in partial or complete forfeiture.

Activity, Add-Ons & Package Refunds:

  • Adventure activities, spa services, food packages, sightseeing tours, and other add-ons are non-refundable once booked.
  • Weather-based cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded solely at management’s discretion.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events):

In case of events beyond our control — natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns, government restrictions, strikes, weather disturbances — refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The company reserves the right to offer partial refunds, credits, or rescheduled dates depending on the situation.
