Welcome to Adventuria Palm Valley. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our property, services, website, and booking platforms. By making a reservation, accessing our property, or using any services offered by Adventuria Palm Valley, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms.
Introduction:
These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, customers, event organizers, and individuals who access or use the services provided by Adventuria Palm Valley, operated under Adventuria Thrill India Pvt. Ltd. They ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth functioning of the resort for everyone.
Booking & Reservation Policies:
A. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving full payment or a required advance.
- The guest must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- Misrepresentation of identity or fraudulent information may lead to cancellation without refund.
B. Room Allocation
- Room allotment is done based on availability at the time of check-in.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
C. Payment Requirements
- Full or partial advance may be required depending on the booking type.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, cards, bank transfers, wallets, or cash.
- GST and applicable taxes will be added as per government regulations.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
A. Check-In Requirements
- Guests must present valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.).
- Foreign nationals must present Passport & Visa as required by Indian law.
- Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
B. Check-In/Check-Out Timing

- Late check-out may incur additional fees based on property occupancy.
C. Early Departure
- Early departures will not be eligible for refunds unless approved by management.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests agree to:

- Avoid damaging resort assets, furniture, equipment, or fixtures.
- Use electrical appliances, pool facilities, and adventure equipment safely.
- Comply with all posted and verbal instructions provided by the staff.
- Supervise children at all times within the property.
- Respect resort decorum and avoid causing disturbance to other guests.
Any damages caused will be charged to the guest’s account.
Property Rules & Conduct:
To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment, the following conduct rules apply:
A. Behavior
- Harassment, abusive language, threats, or violence toward staff or guests will not be tolerated.
- Loud music or noise beyond designated hours is prohibited.
- Illegal activities, including gambling, prohibited substances, or weapons, are strictly banned.
B. Visitor Policy
- Outside visitors may or may not be allowed depending on operational guidelines.
- Visitors must register at the reception and follow all property rules.
C. Alcohol & Smoking
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones.
Safety, Security & Liability:
A. Safety Measures
- CCTV surveillance operates in public areas for guest safety.
- Guests must follow all safety guidelines for pools, adventure activities, and outdoor spaces.
B. Resort Liability
- Adventuria Palm Valley will not be responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries caused due to guest negligence or non-compliance with instructions.
- Delays, service interruptions, or issues arising from external factors such as natural calamities, accidents, weather changes, or government restrictions.
C. Guest Responsibility
Guests participate in outdoor or adventure activities at their own risk.
Use of Facilities:
A. Pool & Adventure Activities
- Usage depends on weather, capacity, and operational timings.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Proper swimwear or safety equipment is mandatory where applicable.
B. Food & Beverage
- Outside food or beverages may or may not be allowed based on property policy.
- Food delivery services from outside vendors are generally not permitted.
C. Pets
- Pets may only be allowed depending on the resort’s pet policy.
- Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and hygiene.
Website & Digital Usage Terms:
A. Content Ownership
All content on the Adventuria Palm Valley website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Adventuria Thrill India Pvt. Ltd.
B. Prohibited Uses
Guests must not:
- Copy or misuse website content
- Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or data extraction
- Use booking portals for fraudulent activities
Privacy Protection:
Guest data is handled in accordance with the Adventuria Palm Valley Privacy Policy.
We ensure:
- Secure handling of personal and payment information
- Limited access to guest data
- Strict compliance with local laws and regulations
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling:
All bookings are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy of Adventuria Palm Valley.
This includes terms for:
- Cancellations based on notice period
- No-show situations
- Early check-outs
- Peak season restrictions
- Rescheduling and modification rules
Guests must review the policy before making a reservation.
Force Majeure:
The resort shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations due to reasons beyond control including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics/pandemicsStrikes or labour disputes
- Power outages or infrastructural failures
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions:
